Security Officer - Industrial Environment Pay: $16/hr Location: Houston, TX 77095 (Cypress Area) Schedule: Part-Time, Morning, 16 hours/week Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Saturday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM City Security Services is seeking a professional, dependable, and alert Security Officer to provide security services to a major Industrial facility. In this role, you will provide access control, monitor cameras and visitor activity, verify visitor and employee access, respond to security incidents, and maintain a visible security presence. Successful candidates must be able to remain calm under pressure, exercise sound judgment, and handle emergency situations with professionalism and confidence. Responsibilities Verify the credentials of truck drivers, employees, contractors, and visitors Confirm all site visits with approved personnel Report gate malfunction and visitor access control issues to management Monitor CCTV cameras Respond to complaints, disturbances, and suspicious activity Complete detailed Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports Contact law enforcement, fire, or EMS personnel when emergency situations arise Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence Requirements Level 2 security license or the ability to obtain one Reliable attendance and ability to work morning shifts Benefits of working for City Security Services Weekly direct deposit paychecks Advanced Security Officer training Career advancement opportunities Ongoing field training provided Recognition programs Why Join City Security Services?
