We’ve been in business since 2011. We’re a small family operation looking for a hungry broker who wants to build their own book and get paid for what they produce. This is a great opportunity to work for yourself without going it alone. You build your own book of business. We give you the authority, tools, and a small, buildable company behind you. Sky’s the limit. Your effort sets the ceiling. This is not a big-corporate desk with a fat base. It’s a low salary, high commission seat. If you need a high guaranteed paycheck, this isn’t the role. Pay Base salary: $20,000 per year (about $385 per week) Commission: 35% of gross profit on the loads you book Example: $200 gross profit on a load = $70 to you What you’ll do Prospect and close new shippers Quote freight and protect margin Cover loads with vetted carriers Track shipments from pickup through delivery Handle exceptions and keep customers in the loop Build and grow your own book of business What we provide Broker authority and back-office support Office, phone, and TMS Load board access Hands-on training from an active broker Asset-based capability to sell (truckload, local, warehousing support) Who this is for Self-starter who is comfortable with commission Strong phone presence and follow-through Organized enough to run multiple loads at once Freight brokerage, dispatch, or logistics sales experience is a plus No book of business required, but if you have one, you’ll earn faster Job type: Full-time, W-2 Location: On-site, Knoxville, TN Schedule: Monday–Friday, office hours, with the usual after-hours check‑ins when freight demands it Foothills Logistics is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
