We care about our employees' well-being and offer a supportive work environment with great benefits, including: Competitive Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour (based on shift type and experience) Flexible Scheduling - Choose shifts that fit your lifestyle Weekly Pay & Direct Deposit Free In-House Training with our Director of Nursing 24/7 Support in case of emergencies Your Role as a Caregiver: Assist with companion care Help with meal preparation, light house keeping, and companionship Accompany clients to doctor's appointments, pharmacy visits, and grocery stores Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, transfers, ambulation) Accompany clients to doctor's appointments, pharmacy visits, and grocery stores Help with mobility exercises and document changes for the Director of Nursing Requirements: High school diploma or GED Valid CPR certification (in-person) Negative TB test (within the last 12 months) Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle Minimum 1-2 years of caregiver or CNA experience Ability to adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality Must pass a Level 2 AHCA background check & drug screening Strong communication skills in English Physical ability to assist clients (lifting up to 50 lbs when needed) We are actively seeking candidates with experience as a CNA, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Assistant, or similar roles .
