Registered Nurse (RN) Telemetry Job Type: Full‑time, Nights. $15,000 Sign‑On Bonus with a 2‑year commitment. Job Overview Provide compassionate patient care in a telemetry unit, conducting assessments, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety in a collaborative environment. National Park Medical Center is a 163‑bed hospital in Hot Springs, Arkansas, part of Lifepoint Health. Responsibilities Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs. Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions. Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient. Perform timely and appropriate documentation related to medical necessity in the medical record. Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient. Perform timely and accurate QI assessments. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Current state RN license. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school. Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire. ACLS and PALS certification within six months of hire. One year of experience preferred. ASLS certification preferred.
