Process Lead Manufacturing (1st Shift)

Position: Process Lead in the Manufacturing organization. You are responsible for overseeing operational processes to support business goals. Responsibilities Oversee operational processes to support business goals. Evaluate the efficiency of workflow procedures to identify inconsistencies and revise techniques to improve deliverables and maximize productivity. Train new employees, share best practices, and ensure team members are ready to perform their work. Cultivate and reinforce appropriate group values, norms, and behaviors, guided by Roche operating principles. Maintain the quality system and achieve our quality objectives. Address and escape any potentially unsafe hazards; ensure audit readiness (OSHA, FAA, FDA, etc.) and represent the team during internal audits/inspections. Coordinate, facilitate, and provide time for team members to complete training (e.g. NCRs, OJT, operating procedures, manufacturing work instructions). Monitor, review, and initiate document changes, including writing new or updating existing work instructions and operating procedures impacting areas of responsibility. Provide 20% to 40% line support, including but not limited to: receive, material handling, build product/materials, formulate bulk solutions, facilitate material availability, SAP transactions/confirmations, packet review, audit processes, allocate resources and protocol/validations. Identify and implement process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives. Proactively collaborate with peers in other shifts/functions to ensure daily targets are achieved. Attend weekends, holidays, and during emergency or exceptional conditions. Qualifications Associate's Degree (required). 3 years of relevant work experience in a GMP environment. Experience leading teams or projects is highly desirable. Demonstrated experience with Lean / Continuous Improvement. Previous experience with ERP systems, SAP and Google products (gMail, gSheets, gDoc, etc.). Strong critical thinking, problem‑solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Organizational, planning skills and attention to detail. Salary Expected salary range for this position based in Arizona is $52,400.00 – $74,900.00 USD annually. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job‑related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and company performance. Benefits Relocation benefits are not offered for this job posting.
