Tokyo Boeki North America Inc. (TBNA) is the U.S. subsidiary of Tokyo Boeki Techno-System, delivering integrated solutions that connect 3D metrology and precision modeling to real manufacturing outcomes.
We supply and support 3D metrology devices, 3D vision systems, and compact-to-large milling centers so teams can move from CAD intent to verified parts with fewer iterations and higher first-pass yield.
Our engineers partner with customers on method development, fixturing and probing strategy, cell design, and operator enablement , then stay engaged through commissioning and lifecycle service. Whether validating a new line, scaling automated inspection, or accelerating model-making, TBNA aligns sensors, software, and equipment to takt time, quality targets, and compliance needs—so improvement is measurable and sustained.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, and maintain 3D metrology devices and manufacturing technologies.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and customer support.
- Train operators and enable effective system use.
- Support commissioning and lifecycle service at customer sites.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure service excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent technical experience).
- Hands-on experience with 3D metrology devices, 3D vision systems, or CNC/milling centers .
- Strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM, metrology software, and automated inspection workflows.
- Ability to travel to customer sites for service and support.

- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities in manufacturing environments.
- Assertive yet diplomatic communication style.
- Experience with CRM systems (Dynamics 365 preferred).
- Knowledge of compliance standards in manufacturing and inspection.
