Experience Required We welcome strong leaders from various clinical environments: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required) Previous management experience ( ADON, Unit Manager, RN Supervisor, or equivalent) Hospital experience is welcome - LTC experience is not required Willing to train the right RN leader with strong clinical and leadership skills Strong communication, coaching, and team-support abilities Why This Role Is a Great Opportunity?
