This is a hybrid role where you will need to be in the office 3-4 days a week. Quinncia is NOT looking for contractors or consultants, so please do not reach out offering those services. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage an assigned book of business of university partners Provide them with monthly and quarterly updates, metrics, and how students are using the platform Help in the creation and implementation strategy for large and small universities Walk new partners through our onboarding process Manage relationships for renewals and increase the use of Quinncia within the university Collect feedback from University partners on new features and product development Create groups and set-ups for University partners to connect and share their Quinncia strategies and best practices Create word-of-mouth referrals for new sales and warm leads Help manage student support chat and keep the resource center up to date About Quinncia: Quinncia is a career readiness platform that improves college student outcomes by improving students’ resumes and interview skills using their AI.
