Role Description We are seeking a full-time Net Lease Investment Sales Associate to join our team in Bloomfield Hills, MI. In this on-site role, the associate will be responsible for sourcing and managing real estate transactions, building relationships with clients, conducting property analysis, and preparing marketing materials. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with team members, staying updated on market trends, negotiating deals, and developing strategies to meet client objectives. Qualifications Strong analytical, research, and market evaluation skills Proficiency in sales, client relationship management, and negotiation Understanding of real estate investment concepts and financial modeling Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration abilities Proficiency in using CRM systems, real estate databases, and marketing tools Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field preferred Relevant sales or real estate experience is an advantage Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Exclusive Realty
