Job Summary
The Automotive AP/AR Specialist is responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable functions within the dealership, ensuring accurate financial records, timely payments, and proper collections in accordance with dealership policies and accounting standards.

Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices, verify accuracy, and issue timely payments
- Post and reconcile customer payments and receivables
- Manage aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
- Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end closing
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Payroll administration
- Warranty remittance/cancellations
- Financial reserves statements
- Credit card receipt reconciliation
- Daily bank deposits
- Stocking in dealer trades and used vehicles
Qualifications
- Accounting or automotive dealership experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic accounting knowledge and computer proficiency
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Submit to and successfully complete a background check and pre-employment drug test
- Professional personal appearance
- Valid driver's license
