DDC Engineer / Programmer

Key Qualifications Associate degree in Electronics, Mechanical Systems, Computer Technology, or equivalent experience (5+ years in BAS/DDC). 5–7 years of experience in BAS/DDC with a focus on programming and service. Demonstrated leadership skills and effective communication on demanding job sites. Strong customer interfacing ability, making complex topics understandable. Experience with BACnet IP/Ethernet and MS/TP networks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and networking installations. Expertise in programming end-to-end air-side and water-side systems. Additional Experience (Preferred) Certifications or experience with major BAS platforms (e.g., Schneider Electric, Delta Controls, Niagara, Alerton). Knowledge of SQL databases and server environments. Stable work history (5+ years with one employer preferred). Willingness to travel regionally (Maryland/DC/Virginia area).
