Assist patients with billing inquiries and payment plans. Stay updated with industry regulations and coding practices. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure proper billing procedures. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification is a plus. Proven experience in medical billing or healthcare finance. Familiarity with medical coding (ICD-10, CPT) and billing software specifically primary care Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and billing software.
