Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Route Driver in Leesport, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government care location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide professional customer service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.75 / Hour Security Experience Candidates must possess a minimum of 6 months of relevant security experience (C112). This experience should demonstrate the ability to handle security-related tasks and responsibilities effectively. Technical Proficiency Candidates must be comfortable using a computer or tablet (B204). Proficiency in basic software applications and the ability to navigate digital platforms are essential for job performance. Driver’s License A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with the AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123). Candidates must provide proof of a valid license and adhere to all applicable driving regulations. Respond to incidents, alarms, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and notification procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, entrances, common areas, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions. Monitor access points and assist with visitor management in accordance with site policies, maintaining accurate activity logs and incident reports as required. Communicate professionally with residents, visitors, staff, and responding public-service personnel while helping maintain an orderly environment. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 6 months of security-related experience. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
