We're a fast-casual concept with a fun, team-focused environment where hard work is appreciated, growth is encouraged, and every shift brings something new.
What You'll Do:
As an AVO TACO prep cook, you'll help set the kitchen up for success by preparing fresh ingredients and keeping the kitchen organized and running smoothly. You'll:
- Prep with purpose! Wash, chop, slice, mix, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and company standards.
- Keep it fresh! Ensure all food is properly labeled, stored, rotated, and maintained for freshness and quality.
- Stay organized! Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary prep area while following food safety and sanitation standards.
- Support the team! Assist cooks and kitchen teammates with prep needs throughout the shift.
- Work efficiently! Complete prep lists, stock stations, and help keep the kitchen prepared for busy service periods.
- Take pride in consistency! Follow recipes and portioning guidelines to ensure every guest gets the same great experience.
- Be a team player! Jump in where needed and help create a positive kitchen environment.

Requirements
What You Bring:
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- The ability to work efficiently and multitask
- A commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and teamwork
- The ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 12 kg and standing for extended periods
- Reliability, integrity, and a willingness to learn and grow
