Job Summary

We are seeking a Quality Clerk who is organized and detail-oriented professional to support department administrative, document control, and coordination activities. This role will manage documents and templates, maintain spreadsheets and databases, coordinate meetings and travel, process expenses and timesheets, and assist with onboarding and departmental support.

Job Description

• Complete and submit expense reports, ensuring all transactions are accounted for.
• Approve timesheets, allocate overhead, and track applicable overtime.
• Scan and enter resumes into an access database and maintain files for future review.
• Assist with new hire onboarding processes and update systems.
• Mentor peers as needed.
• Create and maintain department contact lists.
• Manage department standards and create and maintain templates.

Skills Required

• Strong communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Microsoft Office Suite experience.
• SharePoint experience.
• Previous document control experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Ability to maintain and organize documents, spreadsheets, databases, and templates.
• Ability to manage multiple administrative and coordination tasks.
• Previous knowledge of SAP.
• Previous RMS experience.

Education/Training/Certifications

• High School Degree or GED

Additional Requirements

• Own transportation to and from work.
• Ability to work a minimum of 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility to start earlier if preferred.
