Ellie Mental Health was founded in 2015 by licensed clinicians in Minneapolis. Since then, the Ellie Family has continued to grow with multiple clinics nationwide and a growing number of locally owned and operated franchises across the country. We currently have 2 locations in Libertyville and Bannockburn/Deerfield, IL, with plans of continued expansion. Who This Is Perfect For

****Limited-Time Transition Incentive: Experienced clinicians who join our Bannockburn team may qualify for a transition incentive of up to $3,000. This incentive is designed to support experienced therapists who have built strong client relationships and are seeking a new professional home while maintaining continuity of care for clients who voluntarily choose to continue services with them.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans

Provide high-quality therapy services to clients

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Maintain a caseload of approximately 25 sessions per week (full-time)

Deliver evidence-based interventions

Collaborate with colleagues and referral partners

Participate in team meetings and trainings

Option to provide supervision for pre-licensed clinicians

Qualifications and/or Skills:

Master’s degree in a behavioral health field

Illinois licensure or pre-licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, PsyD; ALMFT, LSW, or LPC)

Experience with assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Comfort working with children, teens, families, or adults

Ability to pass a background check

Existing client base or referral network

Experience with children, couples and/or family work

Familiarity with case note documentation and EHR systems
