Job Title: Product Manager (Ref: 197190) Location: Miami, Florida (Hybrid – Initial onsite, then hybrid) Salary: $145,000–$165,000 Base Salary + Bonus Forsyth Barnes is partnering with a fast-growing premium consumer goods business to appoint a Product Manage r within its Technology function . This is a highly visible role working directly with the CTO, responsible for owning and evolving the company's internal technology platforms. You'll partner with stakeholders across Operations, Commercial, Finance and Customer teams to deliver technology initiatives that improve business performance, streamline processes and drive measurable commercial valu e.This is not a traditional software product role. Instead, you'll bridge the gap between technology and the wider business, shaping how internal platforms enable growth across a rapidly expanding organisation. Key Responsibilit iesOwn the end-to-end lifecycle of internal technology platforms, from implementation through continuous improveme nt.Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Commercial, Finance and Customer teams to gather requirements and identify opportunities for optimisati on.Develop and manage product roadmaps, backlogs and delivery plans aligned with business prioriti es.Drive user adoption through effective change management, communication and training initiativ es.Work closely with Engineering, Data and third-party vendors to deliver new platform capabiliti es.Capture user feedback and continuously enhance products based on business needs and measurable outcom es.Translate complex business requirements into actionable product initiatives and user stori es.Prioritise initiatives that deliver operational efficiencies and commercial impa ct.Champion collaboration between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring technology solutions align with business objectiv es.Support governance, documentation and product best practices across multiple technology platfor ms. Required Experi ence5+ years' experience within Product Management, Business Analysis or Technology Deliv ery.Experience managing enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM or other SaaS applicati ons.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence both technical teams and senior business lead ers.Proven experience gathering requirements, prioritising backlogs and delivering business-focused technology soluti ons.Experience driving user adoption, organisational change and process improvement initiati ves.Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodolog ies.Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business outco mes.Highly organised with strong project management and problem-solving capabilit ies.Experience within Consumer Goods, Retail or eCommerce environments is advantageous, with exposure to Shopify considered a #J-18808-Ljbffr Forsyth Barnes
