Registered Nurse - Med Surg - Full Time

Role: Responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients within a fast-paced, technical environment, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation; supervise and collaborate with team members; communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff; maintain a safe and therapeutic environment; administer medications and IV therapies accurately and timely; promote professional growth and continuous improvement; adhere to hospital standards and policies. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, with a current nursing license in Texas; Basic Life Support certification required; minimum 12 months RN experience or completion of Nurse Residency; knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and nursing standards; ability to handle confidential information; strong communication, teamwork, and initiative skills.
