Join our team in Tucson, AZ, and bring your manufacturing process engineering expertise to an on-site role where you will help improve fine wire production, strengthen process performance, and contribute to medical innovations that matter. About The Role Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to support safe, efficient, and repeatable fine wire production. Monitor and improve process capability, equipment performance, and product quality using data analysis and process control methodologies. Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions for process deviations, customer concerns, and production challenges. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap, increase yield, improve throughput, and enhance overall equipment effectiveness. Partner with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and R&D to introduce new products, materials, equipment, and manufacturing technologies. Establish and maintain manufacturing documentation, including process specifications, work instructions, control plans, and standard operating procedures. Provide technical support for day‑to‑day manufacturing operations and support equipment qualifications, process validations, and production readiness for new or modified processes. About You You are a hands‑on manufacturing process engineering professional with 3-5 years of relevant experience in process engineering or manufacturing engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. You thrive in a fast‑paced production environment and enjoy solving complex process challenges while working collaboratively across functions to deliver high‑quality products that meet customer and regulatory requirements within the medical industry. With a strong foundation in metallurgical and mechanical principles, including wire drawing, annealing, and surface treatment processes, you understand how process inputs influence product quality, equipment performance, and manufacturing efficiency. You are comfortable analyzing production data, identifying trends, and implementing improvements that strengthen safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. Experience with ERP and MES systems, process monitoring tools, and manufacturing metrics will help you succeed in this role.
