Batching Operator

2nd Shift Batching PrepBatching Prep will be responsible for preparing ingredients to be used in various recipes.Schedule: Monday–Fridays; Start time is 3:00 PM with a varying end time. Occasionally changes to work schedule may occur due to production or training needs.As our 2nd Shift Batching Prep, you'll:Learn and follow MGK HACCP, SQF, SOP, and SSOP programs.Learn and follow all Food Safety procedures.Wear all required personal protective equipment.Read and follow recipe to gather all required ingredients in specified amounts.Prepare, measure, and weigh ingredients for assigned recipe and station.Verify ingredient quality and notify assigned Supervisor and Quality Control if there are quality questions and/or concerns.Track and record all lot numbers on tracking sheets.Label containers per required procedures.Support inventory tracking efforts.Additional duties as assigned.What You Bring to the Table:Safety consciousHigh School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), 1-3 months of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferredAbility to read and comprehend documentation in English including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.Utilize calculators to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure including whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.Ability to obtain forklift and/or pallet jack license.Ability to lift and/or carry occasionally up to 40 pounds.What We Offer:Competitive Wage – get rewarded for driving resultsHealth & Wellness – Full medical, dental, vision, and Employee Assistance ProgramPaid Time Off – Including holidays and personal daysRetirement Plan – 401(k) with company match, profit sharingGrowth & Leadership Development – Training, mentorship, and personal growth opportunitiesMission-Driven Culture – Be part of a company focused on sustainability, transparency, and communityWho You'll Work With:You'll join a collaborative and growth-minded team.
