Criteria for Clickstop's internal hiring process:

How? Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Regular team lifting of materials over 60 lbs in accordance with safety

guidelines.

• Stand and walk for the majority of the shift.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and twisting.
• Operate hand tools and material handling equipment safely.
• Perform repetitive tasks with hands and arms.

Primary areas of focus within our Warehouse:

• Small Pack
• Pick orders accurately and efficiently according to picking lists
• Audit orders for accuracy.
• Pack orders securely and neatly for shipping.
• Fulfill the order in the ERP.
• Receiving & Inventory
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation and organization.
• Performing quality checks as needed on incoming products and check-in

accurately to ensure product is available to ship.

• Down stock and replenish bins proactively using FIFO.
• Performing cycle counts to ensure inventory is always accurate, eliminating

or reducing lost and damaged inventory.

* Following our standard operating procedures for picking, packing, and shipping all orders, including small parcel and LTL. * Responsible for verifying and maintaining records on incoming and outgoing shipments and preparing items for shipment. * Load items for shipment to 3rd party distribution. As a growing team, you should be prepared to perform other duties as assigned.
