Location: Dallas, TX Setting: Home Health Pay Range: $800-$1000/weekly Schedule: 8-Hour Days (2 per week) Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience as a OT
• Qualified applicants MUST have at least 1 year of experience in Home Health
• Valid Occupational Therapist license
• Be willing to obtain Texas or compact licensure

Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one, high-touch care to patients in their homes
• Conduct skilled therapy visits and perform assessments
• Create and manage individualized care plans
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to improve patient outcomes
