MLee Healthcare is searching for a highly skilled Medical Technologist that will conduct various laboratory tests and procedures crucial for diagnosing, treating, and preventing diseases. We seek an ideal candidate with a robust background in clinical laboratory science, exceptional analytical skills, and a steadfast commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Laboratory Testing: Conduct complex chemical, biological, hematological, immunologic, microscopic, and bacteriological tests.
• Quality Control: Perform and document quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.
• Sample Analysis: Analyze body fluids, tissues, and other substances using advanced laboratory equipment and techniques.
• Data Interpretation: Interpret test results and correlate laboratory findings with clinical data to assist healthcare providers in patient diagnosis and treatment.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
• Certification: ASCP (American Society for Clinical Pathology) certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent attention to detail.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of laboratory safety standards and regulatory requirements.
