The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a friendly attitude to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for visitors and students. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents in a professional manner. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently. Maintain front desk records, attendance, and visitor logs. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication and operations. Manage appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups. Ensure the reception area is neat, organized, and presentable at all times. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
