Position: Dentist

Location: Blacksburg, VA

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our client in this practice in Blacksburg, VA. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Tentative start date in October, working 5 days a week.

Staffed with a hygienist, 2 dental assistants and 2 front desk staff in this 4 operatory practice.

This is a FFS/PPO practice with competitive compensation and benefits package.

Digital practice and equipped with iTero scanner.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and cleanings

- Diagnose and treat various dental conditions and diseases

- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care

- Collaborate with dental team to ensure quality patient care

- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records

- Stay current on industry advancements and best practices

- Uphold high ethical standards and maintain patient confidentiality

Qualifications:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school

- Active state dental license in good standing

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental practice

- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of dental procedures

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment
