Bilingual Mental Health Therapist (Spanish) – Outpatient Trauma and Violence Recovery Facility: CENTER FOR HOPE Department: BEHAVIORAL HEALTH Schedule – Shift: Full-time – Day and Evening shifts (9:00am-5:30pm) Who We Are: LifeBridge Health is a dynamic, purpose-driven health system redefining care delivery across the mid-Atlantic and beyond, anchored by our mission to “improve the health of people in the communities we serve.” LifeBridge Health’s hospital-based violence intervention program, the Center for Hope, treats violence as a public health crisis and provides bilingual mental health therapists who deliver trauma‑informed outpatient therapy to survivors and families. What You’ll Do Provide individual and family therapy to survivors of psychological trauma and violence, using evidence‑based, trauma‑informed approaches. Conduct thorough intake evaluations and manage an ongoing outpatient caseload. Develop and implement culturally responsive treatment plans that reflect each participant’s background and lived experience. Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and community partners to ensure coordinated, whole‑person care. What You Bring Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. Active Maryland licensure: LMSW, LCSW‑C, LGPC, or LCPC. Fluency in written and spoken Spanish. 1–3 years of clinical experience, preferably in trauma‑informed or community‑based settings. Availability to work 3 evenings per week (schedule: Monday–Thursday 10am–7pm, Friday 9am–5pm). Comfort with hybrid in‑office and remote/virtual service delivery. Salary: $74,000 to $85,000 depending on experience and internal equity.
