Our client, a well-established legal organization, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to support its growing practice. Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Paralegal to provide comprehensive support to attorneys handling real estate matters. This individual will assist with transaction documentation, legal research, due diligence, filings, and matter coordination while maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and capable of managing competing priorities while maintaining confidentiality and delivering professional client service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing paralegal assistance to multiple attorneys within the real estate practice, coordinating assignments and deadlines across active matters.
• Drafting, reviewing, and assisting with the preparation of contracts, agreements, resolutions, and other transactional legal documents.
• Preparing and submitting documentation to courts and relevant government agencies when required.
• Conducting legal research involving applicable statutes, regulations, court decisions, procedural rules, and other legal authorities.
• Supporting due diligence activities by reviewing materials, organizing findings, and preparing written summaries or analyses.
• Coordinating client meetings, managing schedules, developing meeting agendas, and documenting meeting discussions.
• Maintaining organized electronic files and summarizing records within document management systems.
• Reviewing legal documents for accuracy, verifying citations, proofreading materials, and compiling supporting exhibits.
• Communicating professionally with clients, colleagues, and other internal departments while protecting confidential information.
• Assisting with client and expert witness interviews and preparing summaries of relevant statements.
• Supporting administrative and billing activities, including correspondence, email management, document retrieval, payment processing, and timekeeping.
• Establishing project timelines, anticipating attorney needs, and independently prioritizing assignments to ensure timely completion.
• Utilizing practice-specific software and maintaining accurate records of billable work.

Qualifications include:

• At least four years of experience working in a legal environment, such as a law firm or an in-house legal department.
• Commercial real estate transactional paralegal experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with legal terminology, document preparation, and legal research.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Sound judgment, initiative, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced professional environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide professional service to clients and colleagues.

Additional details include:

• Employment type: Direct hire
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Work arrangement: Fully onsite during the first 90 days, with a hybrid schedule of three days onsite and two days remote per week thereafter.
• Billable requirement: Annual target of 1,400 billable hours.
• Interview process: Initial virtual meeting with Human Resources, followed by a virtual interview with partners.
