Pastry Chef

Award-Winning Farm-to-Table Restaurant | Part-Time | Flexible Schedule

We are seeking an experienced and creative Part-Time Pastry Chef to join the culinary team at our award-winning, farm-to-table restaurant.

Our pastry program is an important part of who we are. We are known for our daily brunch pastry specials, signature carrot cake, and rotating seasonal desserts , and we're looking for someone who can maintain the quality of our established favorites while bringing their own creativity and ideas to the table.

• Prepare and execute our established pastry and dessert program, including proprietary house recipes

• Create daily and seasonal pastry and dessert specials

• Produce our signature carrot cake and other established guest favorites with consistency

• Develop new desserts using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible

• Maintain appropriate pastry prep, organization, inventory, and product rotation

• Work collaboratively with our Executive Chef and culinary team

• Maintain high standards for presentation, consistency, sanitation, and food quality

• Help minimize waste through thoughtful production and ingredient utilization

We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of professional pastry, baking, or comparable culinary experience who is comfortable working independently and taking ownership of their program.

This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule , making it a great fit for an experienced pastry professional looking for a creative culinary role without committing to a traditional full-time pastry schedule.

For candidates interested in additional hours, there is also the opportunity to pick up grill and pantry line shifts based on experience, ability, and restaurant needs.

You'll have the opportunity to work with an established pastry program and proprietary recipes while still having the freedom to experiment, create, and put your own stamp on seasonal specials and new desserts .
