Senior Technical Project Manager

(No PTO and No Paid Holidays) Job #211-1 5+ years’ experience in technical PM roles working on enterprise solutions/SDLC Project planning, budget management, leadership Agile methodologies and tools Seeking a Senior Tech Project Manager for the following role - Responsibilities Drives execution and delivery of technical projects through full delivery life cycle ensuring project is delivered timely and on-budget. Works with engineering teams, including Software Engineers, Product Managers, Architects, and leadership to establish processes across all program areas that will ensure success on strategically prioritized projects and improve efficiency. Defines, optimizes, and manages Agile project management ceremonies and processes for large project teams. Manage hardware/software procurement of assigned projects. Develops a program plan comprised of parallel projects and multiple project managers that collectively produce work that has significant business impact. Monitors and adjusts program plan to respond to unplanned changes, ensuring program is progressing to meet business goals. Creates governance practices and provides senior-level leadership oversight and control for the program. Implements fiscal practices and controls, authorizing, recording, and reporting on program expenditures and ROI. Basic Qualifications Develops infrastructure needed to support the program. Minimum of 5 years of technical project/program management experience working with technical teams developing enterprise class solutions. Strong project management background (project planning, budget management, direction setting & leadership) Understands the software development life cycle and up to speed on the latest flavors of agile methodologies. Understand the product-centric delivery approach. Familiar operating within a Tech & Digital organization, working on technology initiatives. Solid communicator; ability to be detailed or concise based on audience or desirable outcome Exhibits adaptable/flexible styles of leadership. A self-starter/go-getter, able to anticipate the needs of their project/leader(s) Able to find comfort with ambiguous objectives, where the end-state may not always be apparent. Ability to partner with external leadership to understand their project needs, establishing a solid working relationship. Education Business degree or equivalent experience Compensation & Benefits The estimated pay range for this position is USD $75.00/hr - USD $81.00/hr.
