Also responsible for performance management of staff therapists in order to achieve desired outcomes. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S): Associates Degree Graduate of an approved Respiratory program including clinical experience or prior work experience. Three (3) years effective experience required. Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC). Licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a Respiratory Therapist required.
