Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,462–$2,554 per week Guaranteed hours: 36 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Start date: 06/22/2026 Setting: Surgical OR within a center-based perioperative environment Call: up to 10 days per month or less Case mix: 250 surgeries per month, 4 ORs, ortho, general, eye, podiatry, gyn, pain, urology, neurosurgery; DaVinci robotic cases Residency policy: 100-mile radius residency rule; facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment and guaranteed hours may not apply Neurosurgery focus: Must be experienced and comfortable with neurosurgical procedures Responsibilities Serve as an OR circulator for diverse surgical cases, including ortho, general, eye, podiatry, gyn, pain, urology, and neurosurgery Maintain sterile technique, anticipate instrument needs, perform accurate counts, and support the surgical team before, during, and after procedures Prepare the OR, assist with positioning, draping, equipment setup, and turnover between cases Assist with DaVinci robotic cases, coordinating with the surgeon and robotics technician as needed Collaborate with anesthesia, surgical staff, and circulating team to promote patient safety and optimize OR flow Ensure compliance with infection prevention, safety protocols, and patient privacy throughout perioperative care Requirements Active Registered Nurse license in Arizona (or eligibility to practice in AZ) Experience as an OR Circulator with neurosurgery involvement; comfortable with a broad surgical case mix Ability to work in a perioperative setting within a surgery center environment Must be vaccinated for influenza (flu vaccine) with no exceptions Willingness to comply with a 100-mile radius residency requirement for this assignment RTO requests limited to no more than 3 days per 13-week contract Exposure to robotic-assisted surgery, including DaVinci systems, is preferred Benefits and Support Guaranteed hours 24/7 recruiter and travel support Dedicated support throughout the assignment Nationwide travel assignments Extension opportunities Fast credentialing processes where available Pay Disclaimer Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
