Care Coordination alliance with City of Hope Phoenix - one of the largest cancer research and treatment organizations in the United States - to help treat complex or rare cases of cancer in northern Arizona

• Complementary team of Nurse Navigators, Clinical Oncology Pharmacists, Certified Mastectomy Fitter, Registered Dietitian, Social Worker, Genetics Specialist, Lymphedema Specialist
