About the Position

Job Title: Rehab RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Rehabilitation Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12:00 PM - 07:00 AM Hours per Shift: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in the field of specialty License: Registered Nurse license (State of Alabama or Compact license) Certifications: AHA BLS or Red Cross Must-Have: - Ability to float to other units and hospitals - Availability for holidays as required, including every other holiday Description: Join a dynamic multi-disciplinary team in a rehabilitation setting. Assist patients recovering from stroke, hip fractures, and pulmonary conditions. Support patients in achieving their goals of improved functional ability and independence. Provide 24-hour medical monitoring and care. Work closely with a team of physiatrists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and rehab nurses. Utilize the latest therapy equipment for patient recovery. Engage with patients through activities to enhance walking, reaction time, and visual processing.
