The Team Behind Your Brand’s Success: Impact Managed Marketing Job Overview The Executive Marketing Consultant will serve as the marketing strategy leader and subject matter expert, guiding Impact’s sales teams and high‑profile clients in leveraging Impact’s Managed Marketing Services. This role involves engaging C‑level executives, conducting strategic marketing assessments, and shaping impactful marketing transformations tailored to clients’ core business challenges and objectives. You’ll leverage cutting‑edge AI tools and our proprietary Thought Architecture™ framework to accelerate research, synthesis, and strategy development, allowing you to focus your expertise on creative problem‑solving and compelling storytelling that wins partnerships. Impact’s Managed Marketing Services act as a full‑service agency for clients, providing access to top‑tier creatives, strategists, and analysts. As clients’ strategic needs evolve, Impact offers a comprehensive suite of solutions designed to support long‑term growth and innovation. Solutions Strategic Marketing Consulting Website Design & Development Automation & Digital Branding SEO & Content Marketing Market Research & Analysis Paid Media, App Design & Business Consulting Responsibilities Lead Strategic Market Development : Drive territory growth and market expansion by identifying new opportunities, developing high‑level account plans, and managing pipeline origination. Engage Executive Leadership : Build and maintain relationships with C‑level executives, positioning Impact as a strategic partner for marketing transformation. Strategic Consulting : Conduct comprehensive business transformation assessments (BTAs), providing high‑impact marketing recommendations that align with clients' overarching business strategies. High‑Level Sales Engagement : Articulate Impact’s integrated marketing systems and solutions, translating complex marketing strategies into clear business value propositions for executive decision‑makers. Develop & Present Proposals : Craft compelling, customized proposals, executive presentations, and briefs to influence decision‑making and secure new business partnerships. Lead Cross‑Functional Collaboration : Partner with Impact’s marketing teams to ensure seamless handoff and execution of projects post‑sale. Drive Thought Leadership : Act as a marketing thought leader, staying abreast of industry trends and communicating innovative solutions to prospects and clients. Own Sales Strategy & Outcomes : Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, manage quota attainment, and drive revenue growth within both new and existing accounts. Leverage AI Tools for Strategic Enablement : Utilize advanced AI platforms (such as large language models, e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to accelerate market research, competitive analysis, and strategic intelligence gathering at the executive level. Guide clients and internal teams in adopting AI‑driven insights to inform high‑level marketing strategies and business transformation initiatives. Qualifications & Experience 10+ years of strategic marketing and business development experience preferred Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred Proven track record of influencing C‑suite decision‑making and delivering measurable business results Demonstrated success in driving high‑value marketing initiatives and securing complex deals Strong leadership, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with executives Deep expertise in marketing strategy, digital solutions, and sales enablement Experience utilizing AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for executive‑level research, analysis, and strategic consulting Demonstrated ability to synthesize large volumes of data from multiple sources into actionable strategic intelligence using AI platforms Inquisitive, persistent, and courageous with the ability to challenge assumptions and viewpoints respectfully, especially in the context of emerging technology and AI adoption Compensation The typical base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $150,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skillset, experience and training, licensures and/or certifications, and other organizational needs. Impact may offer applicable incentive compensation plans depending on role and/or department.
