North Texas Float Pool seeks an experienced Operating Room RN Float Pool nurse to deliver expert perioperative care across multiple North Texas facilities. In this flexible float role, you’ll circulate and scrub for a range of surgical procedures, ensuring safe, efficient care from pre-op through recovery. You’ll collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams, maintaining sterile technique, accurate documentation, and rapid response to changes in patient condition while adapting to diverse settings and workflows.
