Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity working onsite for the 2026/2027 school year as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist. This engaging role centers around a lively elementary caseload, including dedicated work with two specialized autism program classrooms. Successful candidates for this position will bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows are also welcome
• Previous experience in a school setting or working with children
• Familiarity with individualized education programs (IEPs) and related paperwork
• Confidence in supporting students with autism, using evidence-based approaches
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
• Commitment to fostering inclusion and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams

Core responsibilities include:

• Assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapy services for elementary students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs
• Developing and implementing IEPs in partnership with teachers, staff, and families
• Delivering direct interventions in both general education and specialized classroom settings for students with autism
• Maintaining timely and accurate documentation
• Participating in IEP meetings, team discussions, and ongoing professional development
• Coaching teachers and staff on communication strategies
