Position Summary Registered Nurse II | Renal/Oncology | Days – Yuma Medical Center, Yuma, AZ Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care for oncology, renal, and end‑of‑life patients, including direct patient care, patient/family education, and transitions of care. Plan, implement, evaluate, and communicate all phases of patient care within the Yuma Regional Medical Centers Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model. Provide leadership through preceptorship, informal and formal leadership roles, and quality improvement initiatives. Delegate patient care according to skill level, patient acuity, fiscal accountability, and resource availability while ensuring a safe and supportive environment for patients, staff, and the public. Assess comprehensive data, develop individualized plans of care, implement evidence‑based interventions, and document outcomes in compliance with guidelines. Advocate for patients and families, promote health, and maintain professional and therapeutic relationships in accordance with professional codes of ethics. Participate in evidence‑based research activities and share findings with the healthcare team. Qualifications Essential Credentials BASIC LIFE SUPPORT (BLS) REGISTERED NURSE (RN) Education Associate’s degree in Nursing or equivalent Experience 1+ year related experience Location & Compensation Yuma, AZ 85364 – Regular Full Time: 72 hours every two weeks (Days shift).
