Warehouse Coordinator

The Warehouse Coordinator will support daily warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving activities, and material handling processes in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to safely handle warehouse equipment and materials.

Requirement/Must Have

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 12 years of warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, twist, and lift 1050 lbs regularly.
• Basic computer skills with familiarity in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills.
• Strong reliability and dependability.

Experience

• Experience operating manual and power pallet jacks preferred.
• Experience with warehouse equipment and material handling processes preferred.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Valid forklift certification is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse duties including standing, walking, squatting, bending, twisting, and lifting materials regularly.
• Operate manual and power pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to all warehouse safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation using computer systems.
• Support shipping, receiving, and material handling processes efficiently.
• Assist with warehouse organization and inventory accuracy.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational goals.

Should Have

• Experience with pallet jacks and warehouse equipment.
• Knowledge of SAP or warehouse management systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing warehouse priorities and schedules.
