Objetivo: Realizar las funciones propias del área de contabilidad para el Centro de Distribución, asegurando mantener la precisión, orden y calidad en los procesos establecidos.
Responsabilidades Principales
- Desempeñar y apoyar en funciones de contabilidad según sean asignadas, pero no limitadas a analizar, reservar, reconciliar, facturar, cobrar y procesar pagos.
- Análisis y cobro de cuentas por cobrar a suplidores y otros departamentos.
- Apoyo en tareas conducentes a cierre de mes.
- Asistir en la preparación de reportes mensuales.
- Realizar las distribuciones a los socios.
- Asistir de forma efectiva con las auditorías internas y externas.
- Uso correcto de recursos y confidencialidad en manejo de información sensitiva.
- Colaboración en documentación y actualización de los procesos del área de cuentas por cobrar suplidores
- Colaboración activa y cumplimiento de procesos para validar su eficiencia y retro comunicar de manera oportuna las situaciones o procesos a retar y mejorar.
- Participar en los inventarios físicos periódicos.
- Brindar servicio de excelencia y colaboración al cliente interno y externo.
- Promover un ambiente de trabajo positivo, transparente y de colaboración en beneficio del crecimiento del negocio y apoyar en cualquier otra tarea asignada por su supervisor.
- Apoyar al Centro de Servicio en cualquier otra tarea asignada por su supervisor para el buen funcionamiento y cumplimiento de objetivos.
- Cumplir con las reglas de seguridad, las políticas, procedimientos, métricas y regulaciones aplicables.
Requisitos Mínimos del Puesto
- Bachillerato en Administración de Empresas en Contabilidad o Finanzas, ó 3 años de experiencia en Contabilidad si el Bachillerato es en área relacionada

- 2 años o más de experiencia en Contabilidad o área relacionada
- Poseer gran capacidad de análisis y destrezas en contabilidad
- Conocimiento en Sistemas Great Plains (GP), ASC, Cuadriculado (preferible)
- Excelentes destrezas en:
- Comunicación verbal y escrita
- Relaciones interpersonales (clientes internos y externos)
- Trabajo en equipo e iniciativa
- Conocimiento intermedio en aplicaciones de Windows Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
Métricas de Desempeño
- Cumplimiento con fechas límites acordadas
- Cumplimiento con todos los procesos establecidos en las responsabilidades principales
- Cumplimiento con las reglas de seguridad, las políticas, procedimientos, métricas y regulaciones aplicables.
