Receptionist Position Stonebriar Chevrolet is looking for a receptionist to join our growing team. The right candidate will be a team player with a "can-do" attitude and excellent communication skills. Day-to-day tasks will include initial communication with clients and administrative tasks. The right candidate will enjoy making customers feel welcome both personally and on the phone. Hours - Monday-Friday various. Saturday the hours can range between 8:30am-9:00pm Benefits: Fast-paced work environment Paid training Employee discounts Coffee bar Responsibilities: Answer dealership group phones. Greet and receive prospects and customers. Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson. Work cooperatively with the sales team. Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner. Type reports. Issue plates and temp tags Assist other departments with busy work.
