High Voltage/Low Voltage Electrician SpecialistAs a CBRE High Voltage/Low Voltage Specialist, you will inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for a large manufacturing facility. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. The position will be located in Chester, VA - some travel may be required.What You'll Do:Oversee electrical and lighting systems' general operation, repair, and maintenance. Perform new installations of equipment.Experience with maintenance on commercial equipment is required.Create Standards of Work (SOW's) and provide training to Electricians and Engineers on processes.Check, repair, and replace functional components of electrical and lighting systems. This includes valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, cores, and pipes.Assure that equipment is being maintained and operating in a safe manner.Review historical maintenance records to create proactive inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance schedules.Provide efficient and reliable service to customers.Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. The minimum salary for the HV/LV Specialist role is $80,000 annually and the maximum salary for the HV/LV Specialist role is $100,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
