Acerca de la empresa Nuestro cliente es un fabricante en crecimiento de empaques personalizados que produce tubos de papel de alta calidad y empaques especiales para marcas de consumo premium en las industrias de licores, fragancias, cosméticos y minorista. Resumen del puesto Nuestro cliente está buscando un Mecánico de Configuración y Mantenimiento experimentado para apoyar sus operaciones de producción, realizando configuraciones de máquinas, solucionando problemas de equipos y completando el mantenimiento preventivo en maquinaria especializada para la fabricación de tubos de papel. Este es un puesto práctico para alguien a quien le gusta diagnosticar problemas mecánicos, mejorar el rendimiento de los equipos y ayudar a mantener la producción funcionando de manera eficiente. El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia con equipos de fabricación industrial y poseerá una sólida aptitud mecánica. Se valorará muy positivamente la experiencia en maquinado, soldadura y fabricación. Responsabilidades Realizar puestas a punto de máquinas en equipos de fabricación y envasado de tubos de papel. Configurar y mantener el equipo, incluyendo: Etiquetadoras de tubos Recortadores Latas de costura Máquinas de Curl Máquinas de discos Máquinas recauchutadoras (Se proporcionará capacitación en equipos específicos de la empresa.) Solucionar problemas mecánicos y realizar reparaciones para minimizar el tiempo de inactividad. Supervisar el rendimiento de la máquina y realizar ajustes mecánicos según sea necesario. Realizar mantenimiento preventivo, inspecciones, lubricación y servicio de rutina según los cronogramas de mantenimiento. Ocasionalmente opera maquinaria de producción más compleja cuando es necesario. Fabricar o modificar piezas de repuesto utilizando equipo de mecanizado manual cuando sea necesario. Realizar soldadura básica y reparaciones de fabricación en equipos y componentes de máquinas. Mantener un entorno de trabajo limpio, organizado y seguro. Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el personal de producción para asegurar una operación eficiente y minimizar las interrupciones en la producción. Cualificaciones 3+ años de experiencia en mantenimiento industrial, configuración de maquinaria o reparación mecánica en un entorno de fabricación. Fuertes habilidades de resolución de problemas mecánicos. Experiencia en mantenimiento preventivo de equipos industriales. Se prefiere la habilidad para leer instrumentos de medición y planos mecánicos. Experiencia en soldadura y fabricación de metales es un plus. Se valorará experiencia en empaquetado, impresión, conversión de papel o fabricación de tubos de cartón. También se valora mucho la experiencia operando o instalando imprentas, equipos de acabado o maquinaria de embalaje. Fuerte atención al detalle y compromiso con la seguridad. Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo. Requisitos físicos Capacidad para pararse, caminar, agacharse e hincarse durante el turno. Levantar hasta 22.7 kg según sea necesario. Capacidad para trabajar cómodamente alrededor de maquinaria industrial en un entorno de manufactura.
