Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of resident care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in resident activities, such as bingo, arts and crafts, and other recreational activities
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents, including maintaining a tidy and organized living and working space
