Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Located close to Anoka, MN, this role offers work within one building, serving multiple classrooms with a student caseload of 35-40, including those in setting 4 who present with severe behavioral and physical disabilities. This assignment runs from September 8, 2026, through June 10, 2027, with weekly hours totaling 37.5.
Ideal candidates possess solid experience in educational settings, especially with students who have significant behavioral and physical challenges. Adaptability, resilience, and strong paperwork management are crucial for excelling in this environment.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Demonstrated experience in school-based programs, preferably supporting setting 4 or equivalent intensive needs environments
- Comfortable with Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA), developing and maintaining behavior intervention plans, and progress documentation
- Ability to manage documentation, debriefing sessions, and ongoing communication with staff and families
- Collaborative approach and skilled at working with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide BCBA services across assigned classrooms, offering direct observation, staff support, and consultation
- Conduct FBAs and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Maintain timely paperwork, tracking interventions, outcomes, and student progress
- Lead debriefings and professional development as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant educational and ethical guidelines
