Skilled in scheduling, insurance verification, and maintaining accurate dental records while supporting clinical and administrative teams. Key Responsibilities Greet and check in patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience Schedule and confirm appointments to optimize provider productivity and patient flow Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and assist with claim submission and follow-ups Maintain accurate, confidential patient records ensuring compliance with privacy regulations Assist with processing payments, and follow up on outstanding balances Assist with treatment plans, financial options, and post-care instructions to patients Coordinate between patients, providers, and team members for seamless care delivery Support daily operations Core Skills & Competencies Dentrix practice management software (scheduling, ledger, reporting) Dental insurance verification Dental billing, collections Knowledge of Dental codes Patient communication & customer service Scheduling optimization & multitasking Compliance & confidentiality (HIPAA standards) Qualifications Experience in a dental office (preferred) Proficiency in Dentrix strongly preferred Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
