Job Opportunity

Dwellinc is on the lookout for a motivated individual to join our team as a licensed Realtor and Apartment Locator. You will be responsible for finding new places to dwell for clients at high volume. You will own the sales cycle from start to finish to find clients their new home.

What You'll Do:

• Have consults via phone to discover what's important to your client
• Educate clients on the market + form a game plan to secure their new home
• Scour the market and curate a tailored list of options
• Escort your clients on showings
• Assist clients through the application/escrow process
• Represent the Dwellinc brand
• Foster team culture
• Meet regularly with your Lead Agent to strategize ways to improve your sales game and close more deals
• Attend weekly team huddles and monthly sales meetings to celebrate our wins and gain critical info on the company + market

Requirements:

• Can juggle high volume of conversations at once
• High attention to detail
• Loves talking to people
• Lightning fast on the keys with next to no typing errors
• Independent problem solver
