Requirements Licensure: Must hold an active North Carolina Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Curve Hero software is a major plus, though we are happy to train the right candidate.
Clinical Expertise: Proficiency in periodontal charting, oral cancer screenings, and advanced scaling techniques.
Anesthesia: Local Anesthesia Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Soft Skills: A hospitality-driven mindset with the ability to communicate complex treatments with empathy and clarity.
Job Description Clinical Diagnostic Mastery: Utilize state-of-the-art digital radiography and intraoral photography to map out hidden pathologies and provide comprehensive oral health assessments.
Advanced Periodontal Care: Perform meticulous prophylaxis and specialized scaling and root planing (SRP) with a focus on patient comfort and clinical precision.
The Educator’s Role: Tailor oral hygiene instruction to the specific lifestyle and nutritional needs of each patient, empowering them to take ownership of their health.
Precision Documentation: Maintain a seamless digital workflow using Curve Hero dental software to track periodontal charting and detailed clinical notes.
Sterilization & Stewardship: Support a pristine clinical environment by managing instrument sterilization (CDC/OSHA standards) and ensuring the boutique atmosphere remains polished and welcoming.
