Oversee daily sales operations while mentoring junior agents to reach their full potential.

Develop and execute strategies to grow our presence within the Aliquippa area and beyond.

Review complex insurance needs for our clients and provide clear, thoughtful recommendations.

Maintain high standards for policy accuracy and client satisfaction across all lines of business.

Collaborate with agency leadership to refine our sales approach and internal processes.

Build and nurture professional connections within the community to represent the agency with integrity.

Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.

Three or more years of experience managing insurance sales portfolios.

In-depth understanding of risk management and coverage structures.

Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a small sales team.

Strong organizational skills for managing client renewals and new business pipelines.

Proficiency with industry-standard agency management systems.
