Pharmacy Manager

Position Overview Siemens Healthineers PETNET Solutions is a global PET radiopharmaceutical network. The Nuclear Pharmacy Manager role is responsible for managing the operational support of PET radiopharmaceutical production and distribution. This role is primarily a night shift at the PETNET Solutions Pharmacy, with flexibility for alternative shifts. Responsibilities Manage operational support including production of radionuclides, preparation and testing of radiopharmaceuticals, inventory maintenance, P&L responsibilities, and compliance with regulatory commitments (cGMP, radiation safety, pharmacy laws, corporate policies, and applicable federal, state, and local authorities). Supervise employees, including human resource functions. Ensure performance of aseptic techniques, including sterility test and pyrogen testing, per company standard operating procedures. Manage QC procedures using analytical equipment and chemical tests per SOP. Maintain applicable documents and records. Delegate preparation and shipment of radioactive materials according to procedure and licensing authority requirements. Delegate operation and maintenance of cyclotron, chemistry modules, QC equipment, and associated software. Ensure the site is clean, orderly, and a safe working environment. Provide exemplary customer service, including telephone support and customer visits as necessary. Provide personnel training and staff development. Qualifications Strong communication skills, able to interpret and follow complex instructions. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team. Strong customer relations skills. Working knowledge of MS Windows applications. Ability to handle 100 lb packages and supervisory duties. Manufacturing lab management experience (preferred). Management experience of multiple exempt and non‑exempt employees (preferred). Shift and Schedule Primarily a night shift role; flexibility to work alternative shifts is required. Pay & Benefits Base pay range: $147,740 - $203,137. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance; 401(k) retirement plan with 100% matching up to 6% of base pay; annual bonus plan; paid time off (20 days per year plus floating holidays).
