Major Gifts Officer
Campus Outreach
Campus Outreach SERVE sits strategically within the Campus Outreach movement to “empower and expand Campus Outreach ministries under the authority of local churches.” We exist to effectively strengthen 800 staff across 100+ campuses in 13 countries. The Major Gifts Officer is responsible for prospecting, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding a portfolio of major donors capable of making gifts of $10,000+ annually. Reporting to the Director of Advancement, this role will primarily drive new donor acquisition while strengthening donor retention, and expanding the major gifts pipeline to advance SERVE’s long-term vision within the greater Campus Outreach movement. The ideal candidate will be spiritually mature, relationally motivated, and a results-oriented leader who can combine strategic fundraising execution and relational collaboration with ministry leaders and partners.
